Two, automated batching steps

Uconn can customize various batching systems according to customer requirements to meet customer production needs. The automatic control system for dry-mixed powder processing is jointly implemented by Siemens' programmable logic controller (PLC), Siemens' touch screen TP, and Wonderware's InTouch. The control system first accepts the operator's command, and then judges whether the logical conditions of the process program to be executed are satisfied based on the collected on-site information. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is used to realize the operation, monitoring and data analysis of the control system. It completes the organic combination of field equipment and operators. Through the HMI, the operator can input commands and input different process parameters to complete production; at the same time, obtain relevant information about the system status; also query relevant information about the current production process of the system; if an abnormal situation occurs, the system will issue an alarm signal.
